Blue Point raised letter combination wrenches.

These are a bit of mystery. The AA site says these were made 35-37. But there are some of these over 1", and over one inch in combination wrenches do not show up till about 1939, they show up in large lots in the UK were pre 38 BP very rarely shows up. Also they show up in 7/16 and the oex14 does not show up until 1941. So AA is probably wrong. So I am thinking these are war time made for the military. War finish, crudely made, have USA stamped on them, . A odd thing is that none of these have ever shown up with a clear date code that matches the charts, The DOE and DBE BP wrenches show up in droves with the E G codes. If you have any information on these, especially one with a date code please post.
