This is an Indestro hex-drive socket carrier with the drive tools. The sockets were lost. Hex drives faded from popularity as the fractional drives entered the market.

Indestro 3/8" hex drive 10-piece socket set with holder

Similar to Indestro #2104 socket set shown on AlloyArtifacts site, except the socket holder on this set is painted green, and bears no markings indicating manufacturer's name, model number, or patents.

socket sizes are 9/32", 5/16", 11/32", 3/8", 7/16", 15/32", 1/2", 9/16", and 5/8"

overall length of 3/8" hex drive "Ell" handle is 6-1/2"

presumably dates from 1930s
