Bonner, C. E. Manufacturing

The 4/16/1904 edition of The Iron and Machinery World periodical carries the announcement of formation for the C. E. Bonner Manufacturing Co in Crisman, IN with $30,000 capital.  The principals are noted as C. E. Bonner, George W. Fair and D. B. Tucker.

In August of 1909, Patent # 929821 was awarded for a combination plier tool.

The 11/1913 edition of The American Machine & Tool Record announces the reorganization of C. E. Bonner as The Bonner Tool Co.  Mr. Bonner took control and purchased the plant of the Danville Car Co. of Danville, IL in order to increase capacity.

The last mention of Bonner Tool Co appears in 1917 and it's disposition is still unknown.
